Magnitude Strength & Power’s Sports Performance program teaches and builds strength around the movements athletes need to stay healthy and play their best.
Every Sports Performance session at Magnitude is 1 hour long and includes:
-Stretching/Foam Rolling/Mobility
-Dynamic movement and plyometrics in all planes of motion
-Speed drills and timed sprinting
-Upper and lower body power development
-Strength training
-Conditioning intervals
Our program comes directly from Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning which has decades of experience working with professional, collegiate, and youth athletes to keep them healthy, and get them stronger and faster.
Our youth programs are specially designed for young athletes and are age and skill-level appropriate.
Memberships (billed every 4 weeks, ability to pause, change level, or cancel any time)
