Magnitude Strength & Power is an MBSCThrive licensed location, with programming driven by Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning. All of our coaches are Certified Functional Strength Coaches and dedicated to a career spent furthering their education and coaching skills.

Our Adult Training program is designed to help you move better and feel healthier than ever before. Each program is led from start to finish by a strength coach who provides each member with personal attention to get the most out of every exercise. Our program focuses on mobility, stability, balance, power, strength, and conditioning, giving you a well-rounded workout every day you’re here.
Sports are demanding on athletes’ bodies, and practicing skills and playing games isn’t enough to keep athletes' injury free and performing their best. Our Sports Performance program teaches and builds strength around the movements athletes need to stay healthy and play their best. Our youth programs are specially designed for young athletes to be age and skill-level appropriate.
A specialized speed training program designed for the athlete who needs to work directly on their sprinting mechanics, sprinting efficiency/economy, explosiveness and first step.
If you’re working towards a specific goal, or prefer a private setting, we offer one-on-one training to help you reach your goals.
If your sports team is looking to gain a competitive edge, or bond as a team, our private team trainings are a great option. We can travel to your site or find a time to bring the team into the gym. Options are available for teams of all sizes.
